Company History

We are a team of professionals with over 25 years of experience in the financial market, obtained from top local and international institutions.

Since 2001, we have developed strategic alliances with banks, hedge funds, collateral managers, accounting, legal and tax firms. We fuelled the cooperation and team work with them in order to fulfill the varied needs of our clients.

South American Services (SAS) is the result of our team's track record in the financial sector and our company conveys our experience. Today we reaffirm our commitment in the market in order to offer financing alternatives to our clients, as well as give our investors the possibility to extend their portfolios.
 
Team

He has worked in the financial sector for over 25 years. For over 10 years, he has focused on financing foreign trade transactions in Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay. He started up two projects in the same line of business until 2006. At that time, he founded South American Services, the company that currently chairs. Previously, he had been head of corporate area of CMF SA Bank for six years. Prior to this position, he also held positions in Capital Markets, Treasury and in the Corporate Bank of Citibank NA in Argentina for seven years. He had been also Comercial Manager of Interbonos Compañia Financiera (current Cia Financiera Argentina) for two years.

He has worked in the financial market for over 25 years in the corporate banking sector – Banco Galicia, Banco General de Negocios and Banco Finansur – where he was in charge of corporate banking between 2003-2005. Later he was in charge of the Comercial Department until 2008. After having developed vast commercial experience during those years, especially in operations linked to factoring and Foreign Trade he joined SAS in early 2009.

He has held different positions in the corporate & investment banking activity for over 15 years, covering various sectors in structured debt products. Before joining South American Services, he was Vice President of ING Bank NV, with responsibilities in the origination and execution of structured debt products in foreign trade transactions.
